How To Be A Confident Leader In Uncertain Situations
…4. Admit Your Faults
Don’t get caught up in your ego as it may be your biggest mistake as a leader. When you admit your mistakes, you become even more courageous and confident in life.
Remember that there is a difference between a leader and a ruler. If you are a good ruler, it doesnt make you a good leader.
5. Be Honest & Consistent
Of course, we all aim to grow higher, but the mistake most leaders make is to sidestep direct questions about the future of their organizations.
However, confident and true leaders understand the value of trust and honesty at work. It is also important that you maintain the consistency of honesty. For example, if a leader is honest with one group and not with another one, the perception of favoritism arises, which results in the team members and employees being left with feelings of uncertainty about their status with their boss.
I understand that leading during the tough times may be difficult, but it is important to remember that it is a more difficult time for those who are dependent upon the leaders.
Your team members are always behind you because they know you will make better and smart decisions for them. This makes it important to maintain consistency of leadership and confidence even during the tough times of life.
